I have a game I developed a few months back and never published. I have a gamesalad Pro account. I want to publish my game for free and I was wondering if I had to pay any other fees to publish it besides the google developer account?

No, If you've paid the GS PRO fee and Google fee, that should be all of the expenses needed to publish to google.
