Changing image and actor resolution corrupt scene in Adroid Adhoc. Any one run into this

need some help
my process, built master level with holding art. Level plays great.
Finished final art, imported same name art into GS.
image resolution different
changed actor resolution to image resolution
in scene double checked actor resolution, in some case had to change to new resolution
plays in GS flawlessly
ad hoc, landscape, to Android
the master level won't play
in one case scene seemed to zoom way in, showed black with a couple images flashing in
in another test just the non moving background plate was visible, every other actor was gone.
Prior to doing this ad hoc played as expected on Samsung S5
