How do I update the description of my app? & screen shots..

I would like to add a few more words to the description of my app.. How would I do this? and my screen shots came out backwards.. How would I update this too?

    If your game is already live in the App Store, you would have to upload a new build update and send it for review again

    Yes, but it have to be republished thought GS and iTunes connect under a new version. So if what you have in the store is version 1.0 this has to be 1.1 etc.
