I am trying to publish my game but I am unable to select either Chartboost or Rev Mob. Any reason why?
anyone know why both are greyed out?

Currently yes. V0.12 is only available on macs.
you can use Macincloud for the time being but would suggest you invest in a mac a.s.a.p
