I am new to GS and my current version for windows is 0.10.5. I see there is 0.12.xx, where can i find the download link.

No this isn't related. If your a pro member (which I can see your are) then open URL behaviour will work on 0.10 on a PC.
well I wish it did but no, its not working but the Tweet Sheet works
