I would say yes, but its hard for me to understand what you're trying to do with the information you've given. What do you mean random spawn? What are the tables going to do? More information would he helpful.

well, you see, I don't want to overlap actors, constricted to a space where it can be touched then the player gets a score within a limited time, and because of the table, there's no more overlapping on actors anymore.
I'm still a little confused. Are you asking how to spawn actors with no overlap? If so, check out this video tutorial:
