I assume you're trying to open a template made with Mac Creator. Does this happen when you open a PC template or a built-in template that comes with Creator?

I have the same problem: the error occurs when you try to open a project, that you have made with the Mac creator, with the Windows Creator.
Any ideas how to solve it?
    Thank you in advance.

Same problem! I want to go back and forth between Windows Creator and Mac Creator, but since they save the files with different version numbers you can't go back and forth. I use a Windows PC and VMware for the Mac. The Mac files are version 13.7 and the windows files are version 10.5. Why release a different windows version if the files are supposed to be able to be opened back and forth between OS.

we have a windows 0.13 RC build that will make it easier to go back between creator version. 0.14 will have complete compatibly between the two version.
