Interstitial Ads and Age Ratings?

I got my app submitted to the apple store! It's a very simple game so I said "No" to everything about violence and nudity, giving me the 4+ rating, and I hit "Made for Kids" because why not?

I got rejected because of the content in the interstitial ads. I have no control over that :(. Does anybody know which items I'm supposed to say yes to, just to cover the ad content? Do I have to say my game contains realistic violence, on the off chance that one of the ads contains violence? I'd hate for my little balloon popping game to look like a 13+ rating over something that is not in my control.

(For the record I did not have a formal privacy policy either, which is also a requirement for the "made for kids" section, so I wouldn't have made it either way. But still I'd like to be up front and accurate about my age rating.)
