in Help Wanted

I have downloaded the viewer on both an iPhone 4 and 6, but when i tried downloading it to the 5s the viewer cannot find the creator. I have never had this issue before so is it the creator, the application doesn't work on 5s or is it the, or the phone?

    The same happened to me. I gave up yesterday on it after restarting everything and reinstalling. Today I re-downloaded the viewer and tried again and it worked. Don't know if something changed or if I got lucky but I've used the viewer with many versions and never had this.
