I think this is the best place for this...

I created an account at http://playstogether.com/ but never got a confirmation email and also get an error when trying to log in... has anyone has a similar problem and found a solution? I tweeted and sent a message to them but have had no response.

I saw a similar post from june but there was no resolution.

I would try signing up again using the same email. If it says that the email is already in use try resetting your password.

yeah tried that already. It says it is taken, and when i try to reset password it gives me an error

That's odd. On another note Gamesalad doesn't currently work with PlayTogether. They are at a stand still with the async multiplayer. If you want test multiplayer I would try to make your own server.
