iPhone 6 detection with screen size quick question. [building with stretch and using device.screen]

So I just have a quick question:
We're basically checking for the screen resolution if it is 568 [iPhone 5 resolution] or 1024 [iPad resolution] then move the actors accordingly and building it with stretch. It works fine on the other devices.
My problem is will we have to add in a second part. If it's the iPhone 6 resolution move them into place or can I leave it alone and it'll detect iPhone 5 and adjust automatically to 6?
