I bought Gamesalad Pro but i don´t have new features...

Hi everybody, I bought Gamesalad Pro subscription on october 9, but even today (12) i don´t have Pro features yet. Do i have to activate something in the program or web page, maybe do a keyboard combination Alt+Ctrl+Cmd+P+R+O hahaha?
I appreciate your help.

All you need to do is log out of creator and log back in!

yea, the program is the same, but you'll see a new section of behaviors.

and if that doesn't work, submit a support ticket and they will get it straightened out quick

Yes, make sure you are logged into your account in Creator. Then all the pro features should be available.
Thanks guys, i logged into account in creator, logged out, logged in, restart program, restart mac, uninstall, reinstall, i went to the supermarket and go back..... but it doesn´t work... I think last chance is submit a support ticket. Thanks to all for your answers.

I don't see you listed as PRO even here on the forums, there is definitely an issue somewhere.
@BlackCloakGS, @ForumNinja, @dgackey please help me. I bought Gamesalad on October 9th but i´m still unable to use Pro features. Don´t know what is wrong, My Bank and my Paypal account says "payment complete" Help!!

Is it linked with the same email? Might be the issue -- though I'm not sure, just thinking out loud.
Mmmm, it´s posible, maybe that was the issue because paypal and my gamesalad account are not linked with the same email...but i don´t know. I will continue waiting for Gamesalad tech support. Thanks. =(

I bought PRO - installed it on my mac. Now i wanted to install it on my pc. And now (after i log in) it says i need to buy PRO again ... whatsup with that? Anyone?
I would suggest you create a new case. Meanwhile, are you logged into both systems?

Jup - but when i go to downloads again, it says that i need to purchase pro again .. that's weird?
And when I download the regular gamesalad, and update it with my login, it sends me to the purchase PRO option again ... catch22 here...?
