how the f do i upload screen shoots to the new system of App Store

the only pictures they allow me to use are the one i have screenshot at my iPhone 6 if i change the size in paintbrush they say something about transpiring go some !@#$% please help me i don't have an iPhone 5 or 4 any longer even if you take pictures with game salad you can not use them i am totally stuck:(

Just use preview and resize the ones you have exported out of gamesalad.
