Switching.

Hi guys. i've bought myself a macbook pro so i was wondering if anybody could point me in the right direction of switching everything around like all my certificates and stuff so id be able to upload my latest apps to apple? ive read somewhere before you cant just carry on using two machines so i thought id ask here what to do? any help would be appreciated:)
