When submitting a build via Application Loader, you simply right click the file GameSalad provides you and select Compress. Then send that file via Application Loader
i did that and got this error
You need to publish the app via the publishing website and sign it using a distrobution profile.

Are you telling me to publish the app thru web 1st. (Arcade) html5
ok, so based on your subject line you renamed your GS project file and attempted to upload that to apple? If so, you skipped a bunch of steps

Thank you. I tried that maybe I miss something. I double check. Do anyone have skype or some sort of video chat to help. Thanks again jonmulcahy for the tip
On the publishing portal, once all is ready, click Sign App. That will download the app and GS will sign it with your Distribution Certificate. When that is done, in the last GS window which says Congratulations! click on Publish button. This will create a .zip file in the target location. You need to send that through Application Loader, not the .app file, or an .ipa file (where did you get an .ipa file in the first place?).
I keep getting the error ITMS - 9000 about it sign by apple submission. Ok now in iTunes connect my app says pre for submission waiting for Xcode or application loader. Is there any other way to sign it how apple wants it
Did you create a distribution profile?
Ad-hoc or testing provisioning profiles won't work. Go to the Apple Developer Member Center and generate a Distribution Profile. Download it and load it into Xcode. Restart GS. Re-download and re-sign the app, (with the new profile -- it has to say Distribution).
Thank you for your reply phghost I will try that
just to be sure, you are clicking the publish button in GS, which uploads your game to the publishing website. THEN you are generating a build of an iOS package, and then clicking on the sign app button. This will create a .app file on your desktop. After that you right click and compress and upload that.
it'd probably be good if you listed your steps out in detail.

Ok I will upload my steps. This time with photos. And maybe someone can tell me what I'm doing wrong. Once Again thanks everybody. I will erase my distribution cer. With its private key rsa 2048 bit In keychain access. And My WWDR.cer. And creat a new active provision profile.
