Testing a GS game on iPodTouch ... How to?

Hi,
sorry guys, my question is quite simple, but I've never done this before.
Yeah, I'm not really used to the iphone and I've just finish to edit a GS game. Good news for me.
The problem is: "I have no idea about the way to transfert my GS game and test it on my ipod touch."
Everything is ok:
- App Store account created
- GS game exported
Can ou explain me the process, please?
