So my question is when I'm making a game in the free version of GS and I buy the pro version can I continue work of the game made with GS free ?

Yes you can! There will be no change, but you can add new pro behaviors!

The best answer to that is yes and no.

You will get new behaviors for managing IAP and ads, but no new special programming functions. You can make the exact same game in the PRO and free versions, you need PRO only to remove GS ads at startup, put in your own ads, use IAP and things like that.
