DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW YOU GET PAID (WHAT PAYMENT METHODS) IN GOOGLE PLAY?

Hi everyone! New here I want to sell apps in the Google Play store, I have Windows 8 and a GameSalad free version right now. I'm in the process of making a game on this version. Can anyone help, are you successful with your apps? Is anyone selling really good, how long does it take for your app to sell? Are taxes (state, federal, sales etc) taken out of your earnings? Also, are there any fees for selling my apps on Google Play? OH YEAH, do I need Android SDK when I'm ready to publish my GameSalad apps? I had trouble with downloading it LOL don't know if I did it right or what it's for. What are ALL the account I need to sell apps in Google Play ? Do I need GameSalad Pro, Android, Google Play and what fees? PLEASE HELP!!! MUCH APPRECIATED!

You will need pro to publish to google play, which also allows you to publish to kindle and nook devices as they all use the same android packages.

You get paid directly in to your nominated bank account. The one you set up in Google Wallet.

As of now, Google will not only deduct THEIR fee but also any taxes where the app was sold.
