So, what is the deal with publishing right now, actually? Anyone had success submitting apps after iOS 8 came out (with 0.12.3 or 0.12.5)?

Specifically, I am interested in projects that do not use IAP -- I am well aware that IAP seems to be having issues.

So, if you have a project without IAP (but possibly using iAds), is it worth submitting, or better to wait?
