Please help! New attributes are not showing up

Hi,

I've added a new attribute, but it doesn't seem to be available as an option. The attribute has been checked off under the scene tab. I've tried reopening and reselecting the setting and nothing seems to work.

Make your attributes under the game tab,were it says attributes thats the global tab. the scene tab attributes can only be seen on that scene and by unlocked actors.
