Error While Publishing Game with Windows PC

Hi Everyone,
I keep getting this error: "An error was encountered when uploading project: 400 Bad Request" each time I am publishing my project using 0.10.5 Beta - For Windows PC (windows 8), why is that?

Hmmm I tried another internet network and it worked. I think the problem was from the internet network, never thought an internet network could stop me from publishing my game from Gamesalad, what a find! Thanks @BlackCloakGS for your support and concern!
