Looks good - nice and simple; uncluttered. I have done a splash screen for my (someday-to-be-released ) apps. Keep it under 5 seconds, maybe 3, and you're good.
Yeah, I was saying it should be much smaller, but at the end of the day design is subjective, there's no right or wrong, it's a nice logo so the size is a secondary issue . . . . one other thing, again a personal subjective choice, would be to move the logo up to balance out the subtext, logos need to sit above half way (vertically) to make them look centred anyway, having the subtext also visually pulls the logo downwards.
Here's the unity splash screen for a size reference:
. . . here's the size I'd probably make your logo (and moved up) . .
. . . and here is the current size and vertical position . . .
the size of the logo is the same as the your example (i put the your example in photoshop with overscan and after resized and repositioned the logo since it was the same as the your example) @socks (i used the iphone 5 resolution)

can someone answer me? is it good or not?
Nice logo, I like it - but as a splash screen the logo is massive !
Take a look at some comerical apps from big companies, you'll tend to find their logos are way smaller (like 25% of what you have or even less).
It's pretty good. Has a iOS feel to it.
No problem
Splash screen looks great.
i like it!

size of the logo reduced by 25%
@socks meant reduce it by 75%. He said other logos are 25% of your original which means to match you need to reduce by 75.

I made a test but the AC logo was too small

I concur with @socks. Your spash screen should be a spectical. I know you're in love with the design and want to showcase it but balance is key.

Cool ! Looks much better with some space around it.
You could even do some subtle movement for an opening screen, here's a quick example with some audio:
