Actor movement help

When i have right selected to move my actor as in the screenshot below it wont move but when i select mouse key down it moves. Id like to know why it will move with the mouse button but not with the right arrow key? Thanks in advance. file:///C:/Users/Alex/Pictures/Screenshots/Screenshot%20(1).png

I'm not that familiar with the Windows version of GS, but it looks like you have two conditions for you move rule I think. Remove the one that says "touch is pressed" and keep only the keyboard condition.
