Help with my music!

Hi, I'm using GameSalad for Windows. I have looked at different forum topics and tried using MP3, M4A, OGG, and WAV but nothing works when I play music! And even when music does play, it's all staticy and I can barely hear the music. I made a rule that when 'M' gets a key press, that the sound (my ogg file) plays (which is the music). Can someone help me so that I can use 'Play Music' to actually play my music? Thanks! :D
