Letterbox on iPad?

I know Apple no longer allows letterboxing on iPhone 5 apps, but is this the case with universal iOS apps that run on iPad as well? Just wanted to know your thoughts on whether or not letterboxing is a big no-no for the iPad user experience since the Stretch to Fit and Overscan options can be pretty tedious for larger, more complex games

    Hi @supafly921 Personally I think letter boxing as well as stretch to fit/overscanning are all big no-no's for an iPad - I'd make the iPad game independent of any iPhone variant (and make sure that was the first made to shrink down to a separate version for iPhones.

    As I say, that's a personal preference - other people might think differently.
