How to ensure the same game performance/FPS across all iPhone models?

With Apple announcing the iPhone 6 chip is up to 50 times faster than the one in the original iPhone, with graphics up to 84 times faster, how do we ensure games run the same on the iPhone 4, 5 and 6?

I want my game to run the same FPS on all models of the phone, not faster on the 6. Is it possible to do some kind of frame or feedback limiting with GameSalad? I'm guessing the faster iPhones probably respond to touch input slightly faster as well so maybe it is impossible to get identical performance across devices?

I believe the max frame rate is 60FPS on iOS so the newer iP6 may still max at 60 FPS but if your old games were having trouble getting there they may run at 60 FPS on iP6.

Faster Chips do not always have to mean higher FPS, but it can mean you can do a lot more things code,effects,particles,ETC..without bogging the system down, which is why Apple will lock out older phones from getting IOS8.

Of course I might be completely wrong, lol.

60 FPS is max so if your game runs on a iPhone 4 at 60FPS it will run 60FPS on iPhone 6 period.
