Trying to convert PC Gamesalad Files to Mac

Hello, I've been trying to convert my PC gamesalad files to mac files, and i downloaded the deep blue app converter, and it was able to convert some of the files but not all of them... and i even tried doing File > Export and that still didnt work. is there anything else i can do because i have a game i've been working on for months on the pc and i finally got a mac but now i Cant convert all that work over...HELP!!!
