Problem with playing the "play screen".

So yeah I've got a big problem with playing the "play screen". BAsiccly when i press play all is black. New computer uppdeted and well but cant seem to get it too work. So if you have any tips och mby some concret help on this problem i would be very happy

Are you talking about preview mode?
Problems is same My OS is Windows 8.1
