Problem with chartboost taxform

Hello,

Anyone have problem filling the tax form on Chartboost? I am a foreigner living in US now. I should fill the W-8BEN form. The website says that I should go to the 'non us person' tab but I never found where it is.

I am planning to submit my game during this weekend.

Please help.
