Publishing Manager

in iPhone and Android Publishing

So I'm trying to get my game tested on my phone using Adhoc, but when I publish it and I go to the publishing manager on the website and put it all of the information and hit generate, it never finishes. It says a few minutes, but I've waited well over an hour with nothing. Does anyone know the problem?

Having trouble with your game? Sounds like a personal problem.

    After a few minutes, you click refresh. Then it will show a new message.
