Hey is it possible to create a social media app like tinder?

In Gamesalad? Probably wouldn't be your best choice. I'd consider looking at http://www.appcelerator.com/ for something like that.

but i can not code and stuff i have jest started to learn game salad so i am not that good yet is this program easy to use/learn?

Any social media app is going to be rather complex to assemble, and will increase in difficulty as you decide to add features (chatting, sharing images, etc) so it will take advanced knowledge of whatever software you choose to create it using. If you are just learning Gamesalad and app creation in general I'd shelve the idea for now and keep it in the back of your mind for when you have some experience.

In my opinion Appcelerator is easier than xCode but no where near drag and drop like Gamesalad. You'd have to experiment to form your own conclusions. It's a free download just like GS so you have nothing to loose.
