Issue when closing apps.

in iPhone and Android Publishing

Has anyone had this issue when publishing Gamesalad apps to Android?:

After exiting my app on my phone and trying the volume control it is stuck on Media volume as if the app is still running. This does not happen on any other apps not created with Gamesalad. It will fix itself after about 10 minutes when I presume Android does some task killing or I can fix it by swiping the offending app from my recent apps list.
