To generate the ipa and test the app on the iphone you need of the gamesalad that is installed from xcode and you need also of a apple account developer.

Xcode is a apple program only availble for mac and to get the apple developer you first need to have to create a apple id, just in case you don't have one, and enroll the developer program at this page : https://developer.apple.com/programs/ios

Ceck if some of your friends have a mac, so you can make the project by windows and when you have finished it you can publish it to the app store

@asappinto98‌ You can use http://www.macincloud.com/ to remotely controll a mac. It's actually cheaper than you would suspect; for $50 a month you get a dedicated server that you can use 24/7. There is also cheaper plans such as $1/per hour which is great if you only use it to publish your apps, but I would strongly suggest you to get a $50 plan since you will have all the new releases avalible at any time!
