Can someone help me? How can i give away free copies of my game to iPhone and iPad users? Is this even possible or can they only be obtained through the app store? Some friends are helping me fund this game and i want to be able to give them free copies of the game. Thanks

You do this via promo codes, basically you can give away your app for free by giving someone a promo code - if its a paid app they can then download it for free. However, if you release your game for free with an IAP to unlock the full game then the promo code will not work for the IAP (until Apple changes that)

Also...through ad hoc they only get the game for I think one year.
