Publishing or Previewing On The App Store/I-Pad

I have seen on website and a users manual that you have to have an IOS DEVELOPER ACCOUNT, but it costs 100 DOLLARS! I want to preview my app but I can't since it costs 100 DOLLARS, is this true or is there another way to publish or preview it?

GS has a preview function. If you want to see it on a device ya gotta pony up...unfortunately.

Yes, as @Thunder_Child said, if you want to play or test on an actual iDevice you have to pay Apple the $99 per year.

Note that it's only $99 NOT $100 so I've saved you a whole $1!!!!!
