Square Game help

Hello

I want to create a game where there a bunch of square actors on the screen and I need one to randomly flash every few seconds but not the same one every time different ones each time, then when one flashes the player has to quickly tap the flashing one, sort of like the arcade game where you have to quickly smack the crocodile or hedgehog before it goes back into its hole but on iPad. Does anyone know how to do this?

@colander do you know how to make a rule, if 'all' squares are a certain image then add a point, and if all square are a different image then its game over?
