error: app still loads a black screen and no other content after the splash screen

Hi Guys,

I received this message from resolution center:

We still found that your app exhibited one or more bugs, when reviewed on_ iPhone 5s_ running iOS 7.1.2, on both Wi-Fi and cellular networks, which is not in compliance with the App Store Review Guidelines.

Specifically your app still loads a black screen and no other content after the splash screen.

Anyone met this issue before? Please advise, thanks

    Hi.

    I'm having the same issue, but with my Kindle Fire HD 7, and I publish and ad-hoc .apk minimum sdk 11 to test, and I get the main menu, once I press the play button ( change scene behavior ), I get the black screen, very frustrating, I opened a support ticket and they are looking at it. God Bless....

    I encountered the same issue. Black screen after splash screen. I have published and signed the APK with JDK 6. Failed on LG Optimus Hub (Cyanogenmod 7), Wondermedia WM 7 (Jelly Bean), Samsung Galaxy Grand Duos (Jelly Bean) and Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7" (Jelly Bean). On the contrary, it runs smoothly in HTC Butterfly (Jelly Bean), OPPO Joy (Jelly Bean), OPPO Find Clover (Jelly Bean), and Samsung Galaxy Note 2 (Jelly Bean).
