Have you tried manually selecting the zipalign? When you do this the first time chances are the path to the zipalign is wrong. Try manually selecting it (if you havn't already) under ~/sdk/tools/zipalign

i did not move anything, i just downloaded it and made a keytool

Just navigate to the file using select next to it. You need to reestsblish the path.
