Creating a Leaderboard on Android (GS Win)

Is there a tutorial on creating a leaderboard for the Android? I see in the Android gamecenter that I can create a leaderboard and link it to an App.
I get to a point where it gives me the Signing certificate fingerprint (SHA1).
But... I have no idea where that goes in GameSalad to access it.
Is that the id that goes in the blank associated with "show leaderboard with id:" on the Platform - Show Leaderboard Behavior?
I looked for video tutorials on the subject but came up blank. If anyone can explain it to me or point me in the right direction.
Also... if I set up a leaderboard like this and the user is offline... what will happen?

I've updated my app, but it doesn't seem to be working. When I execute the Platform - Show Leaderboard... nothing happens in my adHoc Android app.
I have the leaderboard number in the place... when I run it in preview... it says that's where it WOULD be displayed... but nada...
Nothing.
Can anyone offer any advice?
PLEASE.
You cant add any google APIs in GS right now. You can use Amazon Game circle, which works for both Amazon and Android.
When it asks for an MD5, Amazon now actually provide that.

Thanks for the reply @jigglybean. Hmm... that stinks.
So am I understanding you correctly that I can have my app use Amazon Game Circle even if it isn't in the Amazon Store?
I follow that Tutorial but only got my Amazon build to display leaderboard. The same build won't however display on Google Play.

Did you do this with Windows GS? If so, how did you do it. Please tell me as I've been trying to get this to work for weeks.
Sorry but I was using the MAC version
