Scrolling background on repeat.

I want to be able to make my background image scroll on a left-right x-axis. I also want the image to continually repeat itself.

I have a stars background and I want to have a space ship flying through the universe. So the stars background is continually moving towards the right while the stars background image I chose continually repeats itself in an unlimited way.

How do I do this?
