Game Modification

I made changes to a tempalte, I added my own actors. I am having some issues. 1. I can't change the picture in the scene menu to reflect my updated scene. 2.The score board is off. 3. The game is not smooth running. and last 4. The game is missing something, like a level or something. It goes on and on but I think it may need a timer or things speed up after a certain time to make the game more difficult. I need some one who can help make the game look and run smoothly for Apple and Android.
