Requirements for Publishing.

Hi, I'm a 16 year old student that is looking to publish games on both iPhone and Android.

What are all the requirements necessary to firstly upload games onto Android using Gamesalad which is my first priority.

Secondly, what are all the requirements necessary to upload games onto Apple store using Gamesalad?

How much do these prerequisites cost?

To add as a general question, what program should I use to create my own images that I will then drop into the game?

In terms of legal requirements due to your age, there you will have to look in the respective TOC Sections in Google / Apple Developer Website.
But i´m sure when you have your parents giving their ok in the submission, you should be fine.
If not, ask them to sign up there for you and add you as Team Member in the Dev Accounts so you can work with it.

Ok, lets say I want to publish onto the playstore. Which portrait would I use on gamesalad? There are only iPhone/iPad portraits.

I'm basically being screwed over. iPhone app development is free BUT I'm being charged $100 to buy a licence to publish apps for a year. Playstore publishing; I need to be a pro member while they charge a one-time fee of $25. That's terrific isn't it. That's why I'm not jolting any helpful replies from you because you understand that people who don't have money to throw at scheming assholes are left in the dark. K.

Cool your thrusters...do you really believe Apple should allow people to publish to the AppStore for free? Android should be free? That they are scheming assholes for asking for money to use their products? This is a concept known as business...I understand they don't teach that in schools these days.

Secondly... @3DMA‌ was nice enough to include...although some may be outdated...a lot of information to you and you absolutely scuffed him to the side. Being new to GS and obviously the forums you WILL and SHOULD provide the proper respect to ALL members wether free or pro members.

I learned pretty quick when I was new...just last Oct that having your additive will get you nowhere. Why would "I" want to help you...I WAS going to provide a link to my (very up to date) publishing tutorials...but now you can just search for them in the forums and do your own damn homework....K?

Well I'm 16 as well and I have a question on that. To sign up for an apple developer account, could there be any legal issues if I sign up under myself?

Does the same apply for a google developer account?
