Android app locking up and freezing on some tablets

in iPhone and Android Publishing

I've tested my app with my Samsung S5 and my girlfriend's Asus Transformer but my sister's kids are seeing issues with my apps locking up their tablet or hearing sound affects but the app isn't updating the screen.

Any ideas what that could be?
