Publish page is stuck on generating

in iPhone and Android Publishing

I tried to refresh, deleted the app and reupload it again. But after pressing generate it keeps stuck on generating!!!
Yesterday I had this issue for 5 min, but now its doing this for the past 1,5 hour.

    Last time that happened to me I deleted the game profile and created a new one.

    @colander‌ Already tried, but doesnt work eigther. Generating apk's work fine, only iOS doesnt work for some reason

    iOS publishing isn't working at the moment for me either. Tried deleting and re uploading but that hasn't worked either. Can anyone at @GameSalad‌ confirm if there is an issue at the moment?

    Mine is stuck on Generating since last night. I tried with a couple of apps and is all the same. Once you press "Generate" button it shows you the "go brush your knowledge" message and then no matter how many times you refresh, the button stays stuck on "Generating".

    Could you post their response on here if/when you receive one? Also is it just me or is the gamesalad site in general running very slowly?

    yo, Ive just joined the "inactive generating button" club also! I read somewhere else if you right click on the inactive button and open in a new tab. It may work for someone - didn't actually work when I tried.

    Sorry for the inconvenience.

    With the recent performance problems with the publishing servers we did a major server upgrade last night.

    Unfortunately, we left out a step that caused problems with most OSX (iOS and Mac) based generation. We have since fixed that problem so your should resubmit your apps for generation.

    There's a little trick where you can right click on the "Generate" button and "Open in another Tab" and it will kick off a generation.

    Note that because of last nights problems (for which I take complete responsibility) there will likely be a burst of app publishing activity.

    Your apps might take a bit longer than usual after this announcement. Please be patient after click (or right clicking) that Generate button and wait at least 10 minutes. If you still don't see anything, refreshing the page (just in case notification auto status update is not triggering) before trying the trick again.

    If you're not sure what to do, send in a support ticket with your publishing link (in the format of http://publish.gamesalad.com/games/xxxxx/edit) and we'll take care of if for you.
