When submitting a request in Safari or Firefox for a pro-support request, after filling out the info and submitting the form (selecting bug or general issue in the issue field), it takes me to the same page and says that the issue field cannot be blank, even though I had filled it out, and the subsequent issue field has half as many selection options as it did before this redirect.

Try clearing your cookies and cache. If that doesn't help, submit a ticket at http://gamesalad.com/support.
