App being rejected ERROR ITMS-9000: "This bundle is invalid."

Hi All, I have been a long time GS user but never run into this one before, i'm trying to update all my apps made with GS so republish, generate, sign etc then when I try to upload via Application Loader I get the error message-

** ERROR ITMS-9000: "This bundle is invalid. New apps and app updates submitted to the App Store must be built with public (GM) versions of Xcode 5.1.1 or higher and iOS 7 SDK. Do not submit apps built with beta software." **

I have tried reinstalling Xcode but to no avail , anyone had / having a similar issue?

What is Your Xcode Version ?

5.1.1 latest from the app store, with a clean install.

I got so frustrated that I turned my Mac off, the reboot did the trick, dunno what was wrong but I can submit again with no Application Loader rejection, I will post if the app passes review. Fingers crossed PROBLEM SOLVED .

@marcgreiff‌ and @Jungrila‌ yeah it just seemed to fix itself, i rebooted and it was all fine.
