about the simplified chinese version

Hey guys,i just find gamesald simplified chinese version is old!（GameSalad Creator_0.9.92 Tencent version）.
it was broken,it can install but without work.
I has download the new version,hope to add simplified chinese version by myself.
In fact,I try it two ways.
One way i use "Radialix 3" software try to translate,but it fail.Because the string length difference between the two languages.
After than,i think it maybe must use other tools to change Utf8 to Hex,so i try to change english to chinese Hex,and is the most successful.But the question about the string length difference between the two languages still exists.And it so difficulty to find all the string.
So i want to know that,will you supply official simplified chinese version soon?Or can you offer me GameSalad.resources.dll file in simplified chinese?Or give me that without protection GameSalad.resources.dll file, i can translate it by myself.
