File size discrepancy

Hi guys
I have two games the first one size on file when u looking inside the game 53 MB but when u save and close size becomes 260 MB ( designed on ipad size)
other game the size inside the game is 84 MB ( much larger ) but and when u save the file its 140 MB ( iphone size) ?!

I can not get the first the file size any smaller and I don't understand discrepancy between the two files .. ( i can;t publish the first one on google play )
