trouble signing a new app

in iPhone and Android Publishing

ok when i click generate, after a while i get "Congratulations. Your app is ready! You asked us to build it 2014-06-30 10:48:17 UTC. To start the app the signing process click here" but then once i click 'click here' i loads game salad but only a brand new template not the actual app i am trying to upload, plus it takes me to a new tab 'gamesalad://apps/651035/sign/iphone' and the entire page is blank.

can anyone please elaborate on my issue?
