Crashing trying to install Windows Nightly Build

I get the following error when trying to install the Windows Night Build...
Service 'mDNSResponder.exe' (mDNSResponder.exe) failed to start. Verfiy that you have sufficient privledges to start system services.
I am logged in as Admin.
I can retry - gives me same error after a minute.
Or I can cancel, which cancels installation.
